Permanent Supportive Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing provides safe, stable housing combined with case management and supportive services that lead to lasting change. This model is designed to help individuals permanently avoid homelessness by addressing the root causes of housing instability. Through ongoing support, it improves housing outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders — creating a pathway toward stability, dignity, and long-term independence.

Rapid Housing
Rapid Re-Housing is designed to help individuals and families quickly exit homelessness and transition into permanent housing. Through rental assistance and supportive services, the program helps participants secure housing, build self-sufficiency, and maintain long-term stability.

Who We Server
FAITH ALL THE WAY INC. serves probation and parole individuals, unhoused individuals and families, veterans, people with disabilities, low-income residents, and Section 8 voucher holders. We provide compassionate supportive housing services to help individuals achieve stability and improve quality of life in all areas.
The goal of FAITH ALL THE WAY INC. is to help individuals and families obtain housing quickly while promoting long-term self-sufficiency and stability.
